This three-part series is “all you need to know” as a hospice clinical manager, beginning with key regulations for hospice admission and ending with quality reporting.

Part 1 will go through the hospice process from admission, identifying the regulations related to Medicare hospice eligibility, and all of the necessary documentation required to manage your team. It will identify areas of risk that agencies face related to both survey and additional medical documentation review. This is a clinical management crib notes series and well worth the investment for new leadership and a brush up for all leadership.
