As America’s population ages, healthcare professionals are navigating rapid changes in serious illness care, technology, and care delivery. Aging in America: The Role of Hospice and Palliative Care invites proposals that explore innovative approaches to hospice and palliative care, including advance care planning, symptom management, caregiver support, health equity, interdisciplinary care models, and quality of life for older adults.

We welcome presentations addressing emerging trends and practical strategies related to AI, electronic medical records (EMR), digital health tools, workforce challenges, policy updates, compliance and the evolving impact of technology on patient care and clinical decision-making. Sessions should provide healthcare professionals with actionable insights that enhance compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals living with serious illness and their families.
